The person picking up Mike Smith's order may not kniw if Mike Smith called or if it was his wife. Instead they seem to have it by what was ordered and someone other than Mike Smith may not know what all Mike Smith ordered or details about the person who called in the order such as gender of caller (say Mike Smith's wife made the order under his name). There is no confusion and someone picking up Mike Smith's order other than Mike Smith can just state he is picking up Mike Smith's order. For example, if the orders were kept by name such as 'order placed by Mike Smith' and marked this way. Sine the orders aren't marked, someone could pick up something that isn't part of their order or pick up the wrong order. This other member may have no idea what was ordered so when asked detaiks about order they may not know. For example, say a family is having a get together and one person ordered take out from Maple Gardens for the family fet rogether while another member is picking it up on the way. So, if someone is picking up an order that was wasn't placed by them, they may not know what is theirs. My only complaint about the one on 25th is when picking up, the orders aren't separated by last name. The Maple Gardens on 25th is closer to the original Maple Gardens that is famous and has great food while the other on 37th street is awful. Many of the reviews also are meant for the other Maple Garden restaurant since many are unaware there are two Maple Garden restaurants in Ogden. Many have confused the two and even ordered from Xu's not realizing that Yu's is the one on 25th street. The one on 25th is called Yu's Maple Garden and the one on 37th is Xu's Maple Garden.
